Admission Procedures

ADMISSION APPLICATION PROCEDURES

Step One:
Obtain a Registration form (#4,500) by clicking "Click Here to Enrol"

Step Two:

Submit completed registration form with the following documents:

1. Three (3) Recent Passport photographs
2. Photocopies of Birth Certificate
3. Last Report Card
4. Immunization records
5. Health report (If Applcable)
6. Transfer certificate (If Applcable)
7. Payment Invoice
8. Exam Slip (if applicable)

Step Three:

Decide when to come for assessment and inform the school

Step Four:

A brief interview/assessment of about 30 minutes conducted by the Director with candidate and candidate parent or guardian in attendance (where applicable) will be part of our initial assessment process

Step Five:

An offer for provisional admission will be given to successful candidate pending the payment of the acceptance fees

Step Six:

Candidate and Parent or guardian portal details will be sent to Parent Working Email and Phone

Step Seven:

Payment of Tuition fees and other fees has to be paid via pupils portal or at bank if (preferred) by the date indicated on the admission/offer letter in order to secure or guaranteed a place at Tolmid Academy
